Meerkat Birthday Boy Card

Here is my second Meerkat card.  This is using exactly the same image, just coloured differently.  This time I have used my new Bo Bunny New Home paper pad, it is just gorgeous.

I then used a Marianne Designs die which I cut diagonally and placed behind the main design and punched out a border twice and put behind the image along with a length of ribbon.

A sentiment coloured over with my Promarkers and a couple of buttons finishes it off.

Simples - A Meerkat Autumnal Card

This is a download - no idea where I got it, as had it ages.  As Meerkats are so on trend at the moment I decided to make a couple of cards with them.  Here is the first of them.

I have had a clear out recently and found a Cuttlebug die which included these fabulous leaves, used alongside my new Bo Bunny Fall papers was just perfect.

I also recently went to a Craft Shop closing down sale and picked up the metallic corners which have little pumpkins on them - fab.

A very simples! card if I do say so.

Autumnal Tree Card

My Mum gave me this stamp as she no longer does stamping, sorry no idea the make (will need to get it back out and have a look).  I stamped it in deep brown and distressed around the edges.  Didn't really want to do anything else to it as seemed a nice clean autumnal scene.  I then layered it onto some gorgeous new Bo Bunny Fall papers and then put a splash of wide brown chiffon ribbon around each corner and a few gems to finish it off.

Sweet Blossom, Wee Suzi Birthday Card

This card is made using a digistamp from Weestamps.  The design is Sweet Blossom with Wee Suzi.  It is coloured in with Promarkers and Marvy Le Plume alcohol pens.

I layered the picture onto a little 6x6 Magnolia sheet, which I have had for ages just didn't want to use as so pretty.  I then had some DCWV sticky backed ribbon which I put down flat and then layered another lot on top but folded.

Penny Black - Horse and Bucket Birthday Card

Here is a cute Penny Black stamp with a little pony and a robin on the bucket handle.

It is as usual, coloured in with Promarkers and Marvy Le Plume alcohol pens and then lots of stickles on the ponies mane.

The backing papers are Wild Rose Studio and the sentiment is a really old one I have, not sure where from.

Forever Friends Birthday Card

This is a very simple card using simply a piece of Forever Friends paper layered onto a card.  Stickles put onto the present and some sticky ribbon rope around the edge.  I then stamped a LOTV sentiment on the same patterned paper and layered this onto a punched scallop round.

Perfect for a really quick but effective card.

Rocking Horse Baby Cards - Girl and Boy

Here are a pair of rocking horses I made as baby cards.

The rocking horse was a free download from Beccys Place, where you can find amazing images that Beccy draws herself.

These were coloured in with Promarkers and Marvy Le Plume alcohol pens and then the pink one had Wild Rose Studio papers and the purple one had DCWV Nanas Nursery papers.

Both were then finished off with a LOTV sentiment and some ribbon and gems/pearls.

Mo Manning Sheep Dog Birthday Cards

Here is a fantastic digistamp from Mo Manning Digital Pencil Too.  It was a single dog which I then printed again and flipped the design so it appears the dogs are together.  It actually was a Christmas image but I coloured it in as you can see with no sign of Christmas.

LOTV Girl with Feather Boa - Happy Birthday

Here is a LOTV stamped card.  I coloured in with Promarkers and MArvy Le Plume pens and then put lots of glossy accents on the feather boa and topped this with German Glass Glitter and a little sprinkle of Jones Tones glitter.  The photo does not really do the boa justice.

I then topped it off with a LOTV sentiment and a flower die cut behind it and some Wild Rose Studio papers in the background.

I am entering this one in the latest LOTV candy giveaway competition.
