LOTV Little Girls Swing Time = Blank Card

Here is a lovely LOTV stamped image, Little Girls Swing Time

I have coloured the image in with Promarkers and distressed around the edge with Tim Holtz Vintage Photo ink.

The backing paper is from Scribble Scrabble and is called Funky Flowers and Dots, this was bought from Sirstampalot.  The paper is double sided so only used half a sheet.  There is also a small piece of Tim Holtz coredinations card used at the bottom.

The bottom two rows are punched with an XCut doily punch and layered on top of each other.

A couple of gems and some organza ribbon finish this off.

Owl Birthday Card

Here is a really simple card, using an Owl image.  Unsure where it came from as was in my batch of already stamped up images that I do now and then.

I simply layered this coloured image onto a DL card with a ribbon on the background and a sentiment.

Will be adding this to my box of cards for our local Village Hall/Church event.

Penny Black - Horse and Bucket Penny Black

I made this card for my Brother to give to his wife.  She adores horses and I thought this was a pretty nice stamp from Penny Black.

The background is using some K&Co cowboy papers and a Kanban sentiment, with a brown ribbon bow on the top.

Magnolia Tilda and Edwin Skating - Christmas Card

Here is another Christmas card I made using the Magnolia Tilda and Edwin skating.  I coloured it in traditional colours using my Promarkers.  Tomorrow I will add a card using the same stamp but different colours, which looks sooooo different.

The papers are My Minds Eye and I have added a HOTP jelly/rubber charm on as well as a few gems and a bit of ribbon.

LOTV Fairies Bouquet - Birthday Card

Here is a card I made for a commission.  It is using the LOTV Fairies Bouquet stamp coloured with Promarkers and glittered with Jones Tones.  The paper in the background is a DCWV paper from the Garden Party set.  A ribbon strip and bow with a computer generated sentiment finishes this card off.

Magnolia Edwin Footballer - Birthday Card

Here is a Magnolia card I made using a stamp from the Summer Stamp Club.  I coloured Edwin in with Promarkers.  This was all stamped onto the new QVC TSV Kanban matting and layering cards, which make life so simple.

I then used DCWV papers in the background which were distressed a little around the edges.  A couple of pearls finished it off.

Again didn't want to put too much on it as it for a boy and I just can't put ribbons on them.

Kira with Flowers - Birthday Card

Here is a card I made with the Wild Rose Studio Kira with Flowers stamp that I bought from Sir Stampalot in the early summer.  I have used some Nitwit papers in the background and a LOTV sentiment with a double ribbon bow on top.

Kanban Decoupage Teenager Birthday Card

Here is one of my Kanban decoupage topper cards.  It is the teenager playing with the remote control - like all teenagers do!!

The backing papers are DCWV and have been slightly distressed with Tim Holtz inks and all added to a Hunkydory silk card and I printed some words off the computer to finish it off.

Fairly simple but I find I prefer this style for boys cards.

Penny Black - Cat and Mouse Birthday Card

Here is another Penny Black Cat and Mouse Card.  I so love this stamp and it is so easy to colour in.

I have used Promarkers, as usual, to colour the image in and distressed the edge with Tim Holtz inks.  The papers I think were Nitwit ones and the sentiment is from LOTV.  A bit of ribbon and some pearls finish this off.

Penny Black - Cow in Bikini Card

Todays card is a Penny Black stamp of a cute black and white Friesian cow in a bikini - definitely different.  This was coloured in with Promarkers and then edged with Platinum stickles.  A couple of flowers layered up with a Kanban sentiment and splash of ribbon finished this off.  The background papers were Wild Rose Studio.

Kanban Butterfly Stamped Engagement and Blank Card

These two cards were both made using a Kanban QVC TSV stamp, stamped onto black card using Versamark and then Perfect Pearls silver brushed over the top to get this special effect.  I kept them both very simple using black, white and silver only.

My First Christmas Card of 2011 - Magnolia Tilda Merry Christmas

This is a very simple Magnolia Tilda Merry Christmas card that I made last week.  This is the first card I have made so far this year, only about another 100 or so to go.  Really need to get going with these.

This stamp is the Tilda Merry Christmas and is coloured in with Promarkers and then layered onto My Minds Eye Christmas papers and a Santa Hat and ribbon added on the side.  A bit of Stickles on the top just finishes it off.  This is quite a simple styled card as I have to admit, by the time I had finished colouring in the fiddly Merry Christmas banner that Tilda is carrying I had pretty much had enough of the card.

LOTV Bunny with Balloon - On Your Birthday Card

Here is a lovely LOTV Bunny with Balloon stamped card, along with a LOTV sentiment.  These are so easy to work with and look so good when finished.

Mum's Birthday Card

Here is a card that my Nephew asked me to make for his Mum.  I went for a very simple theme of black/white with a splash of turquoise.

The word is stamped out using a set of alphabet stamps that my Mum brought me back from America.  These are called Stampology by Autumn Leaves.  They are a lovely hand written type front and include numbers.  I have then layered this word onto black and silver mirri card and added a flourish and a snowflake die with a pretty flower on the top.  To be honest, can't remember where the flourish etc came from as already made up in my kit. Think it may have come off a card a friend gave me for Christmas.  Sometimes I just can't throw things away, but just no room to keep everything either so would rather re-use than dispose off.

Penny Black - Woodland Friends Birthday Card

Here is a Penny Black (I think) card which I have coloured in my Promarkers.  The background papers are from a DCWV set I have.  The set has no name that I know of, but came as a set of drawers from QVC.  Lush!!

As this is really more of a boys card there is very little glitter and quite plain ribbon on the card and a Craftwork Cards sentiment in black, which I have gone over with one of my Promarkers to highlight the white words to green to match the c

Tilda Cheerleader Birthday Card

Cheerleader Tilda
Here is my entry into the Bunny Zoe's Craft Challenge which this month is an Easel Card.

This is one of the new Tilda's, a Cheerleader.  She is coloured in with Promarkers and I have used DCWV Nana's Nursery Baby Girl set of papers.  I also added another copy of the Tilda on shrink plastic on the base of the easel card.  I used one of my LOTV sentiments, which was stamped onto the DCWV paper and then put onto a punched scalloped circle in the same card as the blank.

I plan to give this card to one of my crafting friends for her birthday next month.  She just adores Tilda's.

Footballer 21st Birthday Card - Mo Manning

Here is another commission I had.  The request was for a Sheffield United birthday card for a 21 year old.  No mean feat!  Anyway I found this fantastic digistamp by Mo Manning, this will be so useful as I have so many footballer cards to make.  This was coloured in Promarkers and I printed off a sentiment as I needed to add the lads name on it.  I then printed a couple of badges from the football teams website and added these on to finish.  The background was plain red but my husband suggested I put a couple of white strips down to make it the red and white stripes that the team have.  Thing it worked well.  No ribbons or glitter on this one!!

LOTV Pom Pom and Birthday Fairy - Christening Cards

I was commissioned to make a couple of Christening cards for a pair of sisters who were toddlers.  I decided to make matching cards in the same colour pallets but both a bit different.

The cards are using LOTV Pom Pom and Birthday Fairy stamps.  They were then coloured with Promarkers and the background papers were from a My Minds Eye pad.  I printed the words on my computer.

Kanban and Joanna Sheen Flower Stamps - With Sympathy Cards

Here are 3 Sympathy cards that I made for an order.  The rose versions are using the QVC TSV stamp, not sure if this one is available but Foilplay has lots of these stamps.  The daffodil stamp is a Joanna Sheen one.  These both make perfect Sympathy cards, in my opinion.  This is an area I always struggle with.  There were all coloured in with Promarkers which you can also get from Joanna Sheen.  The words are printed on the computer.

Molly Bloom Birthday Cards - Uncles 50th and Cousins 21st (Tractor and Farm)

Really enjoyed making these two cards for my Uncle's 50th Birthday and my Cousin's 21st.  They are both farmers, hence the subject.
They are both stamped up using Molly Bloom Farmyard range, which you can get from Whichcraft
They were all coloured in using Promarkers, which you can get from Joanna Sheen at a brilliant price, free p&p

LOTV Pom Pom - Birthday Wishes Card

This card was made using one of the LOTV stamps, Pom Pom, coloured in with Promarkers.  I then used some HOTP papers, a few gems from my stash and a Papermania purple bow with a Craftwork Cards sentiment (coloured to match with Promarkers).
